Approximately 75% Land will be Protected.
Approximately 25% Land will be Unprotected.

Unprotected land includes
- Certain biomes (jungle, desert and hell)
- Free adventuring areas
- Free Build areas

Protected land includes
- Rentable regioned houses
- Spawn
- PvP arenas
- Clan domains
